Yes. The admissions at Al-Qadir College are need blind. Students are admitted purely on their merit, not on their capacity to pay. Financial aid is available for talented students who are in need of financial aid. A separate category of merit-based financial aid is available for students who have demonstrated high achievement in academics. Educational Requirement

For both programs following intermediate equivalent qualifications are accepted

BS Management – Admission Application Process

Fill out the online Admission Application form via https://alqadir.edu.pk/admission-form/. After you have filled the form, instructions will be sent to you through an auto-response email, regarding further steps to follow.

  • AQCAT (Al-Qadir Common Aptitude Test), NTS-NAT/SAT scores are acceptable.
  • If you have already taken any of the acceptable tests, mention the scores in admission application form. If not, then you can register for the same via following links:

What documents are essentially required to be submitted while applying for admission in programs at Al-Qadir?

Once your online admission form is submitted, you are required to share scanned copies of the following documents via email on admissions@alqadir.edu.pk :

  • Matriculation Marks Sheet & or Certificate
  • Intermediate Marks Sheet & or Certificate and any other qualification acquired that is equivalent to matriculation and intermediate. Marksheets and certificates are required of those.
  • CNIC Card / B – Form
  • Scanned copy of passport-sized photograph with white background.
  • If you are applying for the BS (Hons) Management Program then Aptitude test scorecards of any one of the following:

AQ-CAT or NTS-NAT or SAT

  • IBCC Equivalency will be required in case of O/A Levels /Foreign High School Diploma/ IB Diploma / DAE and ”شہادۃ الثانویہ الخاصہ‘’
  • Result awaited students will be required to submit a scanned copy of the admit card/statement of entry
  • Additional Documents (if any) may be asked to be submitted on case to case basis.
Does Al-Qadir allow students to apply for admission whose final result has not been announced?

Yes, the results-awaited students can apply.

We offer provisional admissions to students whose final results have not been announced. They will be required to submit their final results during the first semester of their studies and if they do not meet the eligibility criteria their admission will be cancelled. Do I need to get an Equivalence certificate from the IBCC?

Students who have any foreign certifications such as A-Levels/American High School Diploma/ or IB Diploma etc., will be required to submit the IBCC Equivalency Certificate, and ”شہادۃ الثانویہ الخاصہ‘’, during the admissions process.

Application Processing Fee for Fall 2022 is waived off. However, following is the Fee and process:

Will there be any entry test?

Yes. Entry test scores are an integral part of the eligibility criteria for the BS (Hons) Management Program. Students can opt for AQ-CAT or can submit scores of NTS-NAT or SAT.

Does AQUPT have its own Entry Test?

Yes, Al-Qadir has its own entry test named AQ-CAT (Al-Qadir Common Aptitude Test) for BS (Hons) Management Program which you can register for, through this link https://alqadir.edu.pk/aq-cat 

Which cities will the AQ-CAT be administered in?

A test center will be decided based on a preset minimum number of registrations from a particular area. In case of a lower number of registrations, the AQ-CAT Test will be conducted in the nearest major city of the applicants.

What are the charges for AQ Test?

AQ-CAT Charges for Fall 2022 Admissions is Waived Off                     

The Fee for the AQ-CAT test is PKR 700/- (non-refundable)

What is the validity for AQ CAT Test?

What is the process for applying for Financial Assistance?

The process of application for Financial Assistance starts after the student has received an admission offer from Al-Qadir. The admission offer needs to be accepted with the payment of Admission Fee.

Following steps are required to be completed to apply for Financial Assistance.

Are there any quota seats in AQUPT?

Al-Qadir College allows merit-based enrollment only. There are no quota or reserved seats.

For admissions in Bachelors Program, is there any age limit to join Al-Qadir?

Age limit for the induction in Bachelors Programs is maximum 25 years at the time of admission

On-campus hostel accommodation is available for both boys and girls, separately.

Is Al-Qadir college a part of AQUPT?

Al-Qadir College is part of AQUPT (Al-Qadir University Project Trust) offering degree programs in affiliation with GCU Lahore.

Is Al-Qadir College recognized by HEC

As per the regulations of Punjab Government Higher Education, affiliation with a public university is a necessary step for getting degree awarding status. Hence the Trust applied for and became an affiliate college of Government College University Lahore, to complete the process.

Currently, Al-Qadir is an affiliate college of Government College University (GCU), Lahore. The degree awarded by GCU Lahore, is recognized by HEC.
