Arsalan Ahmed earned a double masters in Economics from (LUMS) and Political Economy from University of Warwick. He is the Founder of Naseeha Institute, Lahore.

Arsalan completed his Bachelors in  Accounting & Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in 2010 followed by an MSc in Economics in 2011. Thereafter, he was awarded the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship which allowed him to pursue a Masters in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick. Arsalan has also acquired the Islamic Finance Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, United Kingdom. Furthermore, Arsalan completed the 7-year Dars-e-Nizami, Aalimiyya course from Jami’a Abu Bakr Siddiq.

After that, Arsalan joined the academia and joined National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences (NUCES) where he taught diverse courses on Sociology, Religion, Islamic Finance and the Economy of Pakistan. He then joined the University of Management & Technology as the Director of Institute of Islamic Perspectives & Guidance where he was responsible for a team of 12 faculty members offering courses on Quranic Arabic & Seerah, Islamic Spirituality and Islamic Legal Thought. He has also been a part of the School of Liberal Arts at  Beaconhouse National University (BNU), having taught Islamic Studies electives along with courses on Islamic Banking & Finance. 

Since the past two years he has been associated with the Message Grammar School serving as the Director of the Department of Islamic Studies and Campus Affairs.
