The workshop was organized for the higher management and faculty including the Provost, Rector and Dean of University of Central Punjab. The instructors highlighted the importance of reforming existing pedagogical practices. They proposed a shift towards โParticipant-Centered Learningโ, a teaching practice which increases student engagement, raises studentsโ motivation levels and helps them take ownership of the learning process. Participant-Centered Learning encourages a shift from rote learning to developing critical thinking and life-long learning skills.
